Howdy folks and welcome to week 1 of your 2022 Tumbleweed Farm CSA!! We’re so grateful to have you all here and we hope you enjoy a full seasons worth of fresh, organic produce! After what felt like a never ending winter with over a foot of snow on the ground in mid April we didn’t think we’d be able to have CSA start on time. But here we are!! This week’s box is full of fresh greens both from the fields and from the greenhouses. We hope you all enjoy a little taste of spring!
Harvest 1
Beets (remove the greens from the roots and store them separately in the fridge)
Baby Bok Choy X 3
Green Garlic (this is fresh garlic and you can use it just like you would regular garlic cloves or scallions. No peeling necessary!!)
