2022 Harvest 19

Howdy folks and welcome to week 19! We’ve officially peaked with our harvest and now things are starting to wind down a bit in the fields. The boxes will return to a lot more leafy greens, roots, potatoes, garlic and onions moving forward. Our winter squash harvest is unfortunately really tiny this year. It did not thrive in the cold and wet spring weather and as a result the fruit did not ripen up or produce the way it should have. This is our smallest winter squash harvest to date and it’s a total bummer. But, the grand scheme of things, we feel pretty good about how well most crops did this season despite the whacky spring weather.

Anyhow, we hope you enjoy this week’s haul. Happy cooking and eating everyone!
