2021 Harvest 16

Howdy folks and welcome to week 16. Hot damn the weeks seem to by flying by now!! We hope you all are doing well and had a safe and relaxing holiday weekend. For those of you with school aged kiddos we hope the transition back to the classroom is going well. Big week for a lot of you!!

Anyhow, this week we’re happy to have more corn, tomatoes, eggplants and peppers on the list. Along with some heartier veggies like beets, carrots and collard greens. If you’re interested in a tasty salad the collard green salad with coconut and burst tomatoes was awesome!! I hope you all enjoy it!

Howdy folks and welcome to week 15! This week we’re celebrating the first of the season’s celery (which is SO tasty!) along with the usual suspects. Radishes are making a comeback along with kohlrabi. This will probably be the last week of zucchini and basil (I’m sure some of you will be very relieved!!)

Anyhow, we hope you all enjoy this weeks haul. Happy last day of August everyone!
