Howdy folks and welcome to week 2 of your Tumbleweed CSA. We hope you all are having a great week and enjoyed last week’s veggies.
This week we are loving all the fresh roots and greens that the spring has to offer. I hope the recipe suggestions help inspire you to eat through the box.

Harvest 2
- Beets (remove the greens and store them separately) 
- Turnips (remove the greens and store them separately) 
- Head Lettuce 
- Romaine Lettuce 
- Rainbow Chard 
- Spinach 
- Green Garlic 
- Bok Choy 
Bok Choy Salad with Miso-Tahini Dressing (this is SO good!)
Miso Turnips (SO GOOD!!)
