Howdy folks and welcome to week 10 of your Tumbleweed CSA. This week’s box smell pretty damn fresh! Between the dill, basil, onions and fennel this might be the most potent box to date! And because it’s a hot week I think you’ll find this week’s haul pretty easy to use up in this weather. Simple kale salads, slaw, radishes on toast, grilled meat with lots of fresh herbs. It’s a fresh and tasty week and we hope you enjoy the bounty! Stay cool out there and see you all soon!

Harvest week 10
Dill— keep in the fridge in a plastic bag or produce bag
Basil- keep on the counter in a jar of water
Radishes— remove the greens and store them separately from the roots in the fridge
Fennel— store in the fridge in a plastic bag or produce bag
Sugar Snap Peas—Store in the fridge
Scallions— Store in the fridge in a plastic bag or produce bag
Walla Wall Sweet Onions—Store in the fridge in a plastic or produce bag
Cabbage— store in the fridge
Kale—Store in the fridge in a plastic or produce bag
Zucchini— Store in the fridge
